The successful candidate will have a passion for sustainable design, a track record of building and maintaining client relationships, and expertise in directing quality management processes to ensure work remains on track, within scope and on budget. This role includes delegation to design engineers and will leverage and promote each team member's strengths as a unique value add. At Sherwood Design Engineers, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $112,000 to $137,000.
