Details Outpatient PT unit within a 277-bed acute care hospital Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) 13-week contract Floating between facilities within the state is expected and required Possibility of floating to acute rehab unit with appropriate orientation Block schedule may be accommodated at manager's discretion Free parking on-site Epic EMR used; experience required Requirements Minimum 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience required Acute rehab experience preferred, or willingness to float to acute rehab Active PT license required; pending licenses not accepted Epic EMR experience required Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration Full SSN and DOB required for consideration License required if applicable Additional Information Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Local candidates are accepted Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission Minimal RTO is preferred; excessive RTO requests may impact eligibility American Traveler Job ID P-716802.
