Summary

We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager to oversee our portfolio of dealership and shop relations based in Canada. This role is vital in managing our service offerings to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Visit auto dealerships to maintain and develop solid and sound business relationships.
• Support and coordinate daily sales activities with auto dealerships.
• Cold call to promote products, and cold visit new vendors.
• Conduct digital marketing to promote company branding, strategy and business.
• Conduct sales events and prepare marketing materials, such as flyers, banners, etc.
• Maintain company website and social media accounts.
• Draft and mail customer correspondence and newsletters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• Degree in business administration, business sales and marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive industry in sales or in a similar position.
• Experience in automotive warranty sales would be an asset.
• Valid Class 5 drivers licence with good driving records.
• Fluency in English is essential. Additional fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage.
