Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/19/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position: Physical Therapist(Acute Care Hospital) Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Location: Santa Rosa, CA 95405 Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00) Patients per day : 8-10 Locals accepted: Yes (On Lower Rate) Charting : Epic Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing comprehensive treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being. This role involves working with diverse patient populations across inpatient, in hospital settings. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments Develop and implement individual treatment plans Provide skilled hands-on outpatient physical therapy interventions Educate patients on injury prevention, balance safety and home exercise programs Efficiently maintain accurate, timely clinical records and progress notes Maintain accurate, timely clinical records and progress notes Assist in building the clinic's reputation in the community through clinical and professional excellence.
