Candidates should be prescreened to confirm that they fit the below requirements listed. Tues to Sat shift 9am to 6pm weekdays and 10am to 7pm on Sat. Must live near zip code 94585. Must have good admin and organizational skills. Must have basic printer, laptop, desktop, server and network experience. Transition rate upon full time hire to CompuCom will be $ 23.50 for qualified technicians. Please make sure you set that expectation up front. Candidate must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's) Technician will travel to each client's location Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer Works under general supervision.

Deskside Support Experience and 3 years
