Job Title

Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times.
• Inform immediate supervisor of any product shortages and equipment needs.
• Carry work cards at all times during shift. Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training.
• Behave in a positive, professional manner that reflects Company practices.
• Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so. Comply with Board of Health Standards.
• Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards pursuant to Graton Resort & Casino's policies.
• Have knowledge of MSDS booklet location for your area.
• Display knowledge of all emergency procedures.
• Inform manager on duty of any Team Member or Guest opportunities.
• Be able to utilize cleaning supplies including stainless steel cleaner, disinfectants and all-purpose cleaners.
• Maintain cleanliness of the stock in the pump/soda room, sweep and mop floors, remove trash, remove margarita containers, ensure the area is well stocked and notify manager when orders must be placed.
• Polish all brass behind bars and surrounding tile area.
• Polish all mirrors.
• Maintain image of all bars and storage areas.
• Other job related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and mature decision-making.
• Must be able to obtain Gaming work card in the state of California.
• Adhere to all Company and department policies, practices and procedures.
• Ability to handle a flexible schedule.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, and reach to a height of six (6) feet with or without assistance.
• Ability to push or pull a cart and/or operate a pallet jack with or without assistance.
