Night Shift Supervisor
Pay: $28–$31/hr
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 AM–11:30 AM (OT as need)

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to oversee overnight food production and warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, food safety compliance, quality standards, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support night shift employees.

• Ensure production goals, staffing needs, and daily operations are met.

• Enforce food safety standards (HACCP, FSMA, cGMPs, SSOPs) and OSHA requirements.

• Monitor product quality, inventory levels, and warehouse organization.

• Operate and oversee safe use of stand-up forklifts.

• Address operational issues, employee concerns, and communicate shift updates to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous supervisory experience required.

• Experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred.

• Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety regulations.

• Stand-up forklift experience required.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Certifications

• OSHA

• Food Safety/Sanitation

• CPR/BLS

Work Environment

Fast-paced food production and warehouse setting with refrigerated areas. Requires standing, walking, and flexibility for overtime and overnight shifts.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
