Our Napa Distribution Center is looking for dedicated Quality Assurance Warehouse Associates! This role involves ensuring high standards in the handling and inspection of wine products within a warehouse setting. We seek motivated team players who are detail-oriented and committed to quality.

Pay rate: $19

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 am-4:30 am or Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11:30pm

JOB DUTIES:

-Ensure quality standards in the palletizing and inspection processes.

-Maintain accurate counts and handle order picking for wine bottles.

-Work collaboratively with team members and follow established procedures.

-Be adaptable to take on additional roles as needed within the warehouse.

-Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address quality or operational issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Ability to lift or move objects up to 40 lbs regularly.

-Must be able to stand for 8 hours and frequently walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

-Willingness to work overtime and weekends if needed.
