SALARY RANGE $130,000 - $150,000 DOE. As Director of Human Resources, you'll drive HR and initiatives such as talent acquisition and retention, benefits, employee relations and learning & development programs. You'll be one of the drivers of the company culture, whilst ensuring the team members deliver a guest experience that is aligned with company's service culture. You'll also coach leadership team on all people-related matters.
