This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing shipments, supporting eCommerce orders, and helping keep operations running smoothly across multiple departments.The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment.ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and process incoming merchandiseMaintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle countsAssist with inventory audits and annual physical inventoriesProcess and ship customer and vendor orders in a timely mannerMonitor inventory levels and help identify slow-moving or excess inventoryPick tickets for service department and stage upcoming work ordersUpdate inventory and order information in dealership systemsSupport online/eCommerce order fulfillment and product updatesWork with department managers to maintain proper stock levelsKeep work areas clean, organized, and safeProvide excellent customer service to customers, vendors, and team membersQualifications3+ years of inventory, retail, warehouse, or related experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic computer and data entry experience requiredAbility to learn dealership software and inventory systemsHarley-Davidson, powersports, or automotive experience is a plusStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable attendance and flexible scheduling availabilityPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs.Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and standing throughout the dayWhat We OfferCompetitive payTraining and career development opportunitiesFun, fast-paced dealership environmentOpportunity for growth within the company#J-18808-Ljbffr
