The Jack London Saloon is looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in preparing great food, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in a busy kitchen
• Has experience with fry, grill, sauté, and salad/pantry stations
• Is dependable, reliable, and works well with others
• Can read and understand English
• Cares about food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items
• Working different stations as needed
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
• Following food safety and sanitation practices
• Helping create a great dining experience for our guests
