Inventory Control SupervisorWant to make an impact?The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate inventory records, minimizing discrepancies, and maintaining efficient inventory processes. This role supervises inventory staff and coordinates with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory accuracy and availability.Ways you will make a differenceSupervise and lead inventory control team members for safe and efficient production supply, warehouse, outside storage, and all inbound and outbound shipmentsDevelop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly inventory control plans, ensuring execution and follow-upLead root‑cause investigations for inventory variances; implement corrective actions and continuous improvementsMaintain accurate inventory records using SAP, ensuring data integrity of location configurations, unit‑of‑measure settings, Bill‑of‑Materials, and transaction documentationOversee regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of physical inventoryCoordinate with other departments (e.g., Warehouse, Procurement, Production) to ensure inventory accuracy and availabilityMonitor and report key inventory metrics (e.g., shrinkage, stock turns, accuracy rate)Facilitate training and development for team members on inventory processes, policies, and safety standardsParticipate in physical inventories and provide leadership during inventory eventsSkills that will make you successfulStrong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide, motivate, and develop front‑line staffDetail‑oriented with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, driving for results in a fast‑paced manufacturing environmentExperiences that will support your successBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred3‑5 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain in a manufacturing environmentMinimum 2 years of leadership experience requiredExperience with cycle count programs, physical inventory processes, and variance resolutionProficiency with SAP or similar ERP requiredExperience using Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma a plusWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
