Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Mammography Technologist for a travel job in Pinole, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Mammography Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: A Mammographer position is available in a healthcare facility located in Pinole, California. This role involves performing a variety of technical mammography procedures, assisting radiologists, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory mandates for mammography. The successful candidate will work in a teaching and research environment, supporting patient education and maintaining equipment. Job Details: Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid Mammography Certification (MAM) and California Radiation Worker License (CRT), Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, 1 year of experience in mammography. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ultrasound-guided procedures, knowledge of digital mammography equipment, and familiarity with Medical Imaging Software. Additional Information: Assists patients with questionnaires, handles paperwork, prepares and positions patients, performs quality assurance, and maintains equipment. Uses digital mammography systems, performs image development, and ensures diagnostic quality of images. Educates patients regarding procedures and maintains safety protocols.
