In addition to base‑level conditioning, he or she buffs, waxes, shampoos, applies fabric protection, and replaces parts such as wiper blades, headlights, etc. if needed.The ideal candidate may have some detailing experience, an unrestricted driver's license, a clean driving record, and preferably be able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.He or she must be able to work productively in a fast‑paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world‑class customer service.ResponsibilitiesWash and condition vehicle exterior, including tires, wheels, under‑carriage, and under‑hood components and waxing/buffingClean and condition vehicle interior, including vacuuming, shampooing, applying fabric/leather treatments, and polishingInspect vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, etc.Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as requiredPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDValid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving recordProfessional and dependableAble to achieve goals with limited direct supervisionSafety and customer service orientedBasic computer and internet skillsOutstanding communication skillsProfessional appearance and work ethicAbility to read and comprehend instructionsCompensationCompetitive Pay Based on ExperienceMedical BenefitsPaid VacationHolidaysProfessional WorkplaceNon-Smoking WorkplaceDrug‑Free WorkplaceOpportunity for AdvancementDirect Deposit401(k) with Company MatchThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by people assigned to this position.
