Inventory Specialist

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our dealership team. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing shipments, supporting eCommerce orders, and helping keep operations running smoothly across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Assist with inventory audits and annual physical inventories
• Process and ship customer and vendor orders in a timely manner
• Monitor inventory levels and help identify slow-moving or excess inventory
• Pick tickets for service department and stage upcoming work orders
• Update inventory and order information in dealership systems
• Support online/eCommerce order fulfillment and product updates
• Work with department managers to maintain proper stock levels
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, vendors, and team members

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inventory, retail, warehouse, or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and data entry experience required
• Ability to learn dealership software and inventory systems
• Harley-Davidson, powersports, or automotive experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and flexible scheduling availability

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and standing throughout the day
