The Asset Protection Associate is a highly visible position, the ideal persons must have a positive attitude and pays great attention to details.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain floor awareness, observing behavior and body language that would be a strong indicator of possible theftCommunicate any suspicious behavior to the managersWork with managers to ensure every associate personal belonging are checked prior to leaving the storeThank customers for their business as they leave the store and invite them backBe prepared to stop and confront any customers that have been observed concealing merchandiseProvide detailed information to police of anyone that has stolen merchandiseProtect the company's assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud riskSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNo supervisory responsibilitiesQualificationsPositive customer service skills that will be used when interacting with store personnel and customersDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externallyAttention to detail, time management and ability to multi-taskRequired to stand their whole shift, no sitting down on the observe scheduled#J-18808-Ljbffr
