Our client is seeking an experienced fundraising leader to drive strategic philanthropy, donor engagement, and community partnerships for a growing nonprofit organization. This leadership role offers the opportunity to expand major gift initiatives, strengthen donor relationships, and develop innovative fundraising strategies that create lasting community impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy, annual giving, major gifts, and donor stewardship.
• Build and manage relationships with major donors, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Partner with executive leadership and the Board to grow philanthropic support.
• Develop fundraising campaigns, revenue goals, and donor engagement strategies.
• Utilize donor data and analytics to strengthen fundraising performance.
• Representing the organization at community events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive fundraising or nonprofit development experience.
• Proven success in securing major gifts and cultivating donor relationships.
• Experience developing fundraising strategies, donor engagement programs, and community partnerships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with executive leadership, boards, or volunteer committees is highly preferred.
