This position will be Hybrid in Wilmington, CA.What You'll Do Lead assigned portion of outage scope through planning and execution stagesOrganize materials through expediting, quoting prices, and ensuring the correct parts are available for jobsDevelop scope for assigned work orders within the outage, identifying secondary and/or support disciplines requiredCreate detailed job packages in Cleopatra for each work order utilizing planning templates as applicable. Activities include individual tasks, manpower, durations, and assigned disciplineProvide daily schedule updates during outage executionCreate job planning packages for each work order per Air Products guidelines for both internal and external distribution (e.g., bid events, contractor field personnel). Packages may include pictures, P&IDs, BOMs, tools, safe work procedures, applicable standards, QC requirements, etc.Provide leadership in risk management, contractor safety, and mitigating safety issues in operationsSupport client Management of Change processes, recognizing plant changes and following through on all documentation and recommendations in a timely mannerMaintain communication with craftspeople, contractor representatives, and material suppliersUphold and communicate high standards of housekeeping in assigned areas and on all job sites. Conduct frequent formal housekeeping inspections of plant areasComplete close-out and documentation as required by Air Products standards and proceduresWhat You'll Need Required: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and planning skillsStrong leadership abilitiesUnderstanding of electrical and instrumentation construction and workflow processesAbility to read and interpret Electrical & Instrumentation drawings and P&IDsExperience in preparing and reviewing test/work packages for issuance to the field10+ years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation package planning and/or 10+ years of journey-level maintenance experienceProficiency in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook), SAP, Primavera P6, and Adobe10+ years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, LV & HV Motors, heaters, power distribution equipment, and general preventative maintenance on various electrical componentsWorking knowledge of process instrumentation including Flow, Level, Pressure, and Temperature devicesPreferred: Demonstrated ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA standardsAbility to accurately perform other duties as assigned#J-18808-Ljbffr
