Team Member Opportunity

Are you organized, compassionate, and love working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment? Caring Transitions of Vacaville is seeking reliable and motivated team members to assist in downsizing, relocations, estate clean-outs, and online auction projects. Each day and project are different, and your work makes a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

What You'll Do:

• Organize, sort, lot, and label auction items
• Take appealing, well-lit photos using our CTBids mobile app
• Research and describe items (especially collectibles, antiques, etc.)
• Set up, assist with, and clean up after on-site auctions
• Help ensure safe, organized pickup days for buyers

Packing & Moving Services

• Carefully pack, label, and organize household goods
• Follow all special packing instructions and document any damage
• Clean up and haul away packing materials or trash

Clean-Out Services

• Sort property contents into sell, donation, or trash
• Help with donation drop-offs or pickups

What We're Looking For:

• Detail-oriented and take pride in presenting items well
• Physically able to lift 30+ lbs and work in warm conditions
• Flexible and dependable, with strong multitasking skills
• Experienced (or interested) in antiques, collectibles, and resale
• Comfortable with smartphones, apps, and basic data entry

Perks:

• $18–$20/hour starting pay
• Flexible scheduling
• Typical shifts from 10AM to 3PM
• Some weekends required
