Immediate openings, apply TODAY!Pay: $24-$26/ hour Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Work Schedule : Monday – FridayYard Crew Associate Position Responsibilities:Operate forklifts to safely move, load, unload, and stage materials in the yard.Receive, organize, and prepare electrical materials for customer orders and deliveries.Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled safely and securely.Maintain an organized yard and assist with general material handling as needed.Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials as required.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of forklift experience required.Must be comfortable working outdoors in a yard environment.Previous warehouse, yard, or material-handling experience preferred.Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials.Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle customer orders.Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well with a team.Background check and drug screen prior to start date.Spectra360 is the fastest-growing light industrial and transportation recruitment company working in California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, and Oregon.
