Warehouse AssistantThe Warehouse Assistant primarily supports the Warehouse Coordinator in warehouse-related activities at the Napa location. This role involves working collaboratively across departments to ensure materials are accurately received, stored, tracked, and delivered while maintaining compliance with company GMP. Through effective communication and collaboration, the Warehouse Assistant contributes to a safe, organized work environment that supports business objectives.ResponsibilitiesAssist in packing, picking, and general labor tasks.Utilize RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking.Process shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Receive, inspect, and store inventory, verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.Load and unload materials safely while adhering to company safety procedures.Organize warehouse inventory and storage areas to support efficient material retrieval and workflow.Coordinate with internal departments and transportation carriers to ensure timely deliveries.Maintain compliance with GMP, quality standards, and warehouse safety requirements.Assist with warehouse maintenance, supply inventory management, and administrative support tasks.Essential SkillsExperience in packing, picking, general labor, and material handling.Proficiency with RF scanners.Ability to perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently.Skill in order picking, unloading, labeling, and warehouse packing.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with pallet jacks and general production.Familiarity with maintaining compliance with GMP and quality standards.Why Work Here?Join a company that values effective communication and collaboration, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Employees will be exposed to moderate noise levels, fumes, dust, chemicals, heat/cold, and allergens, especially in the warehouse environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Napa, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
