Your schedule will be Monday-Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm with overtime on a business need basis.

What You Will Do

• Sets up and assemble parts.
• Demonstrate proper use of simple hand and machine tools.
• Accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions.
• Responsible for quality product standards with no defects.
• Ensure creation of parts meet customer deadlines and expectations.
• Stay in compliance with applicable elements of quality systems.
• Participate in cost reduction plans and continuous improvement plans/events as required.
• Participate in audits.
• Acquires applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.
• Maintains materials, equipment, and work area in clean and orderly condition.
• Examines methods and results for conformance to standards and reinstruct as required.
• Report to lead or supervisor on work progress and updates including conditions surrounding failures to meet quality standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF)

Qualifications We Prefer

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using Citrix, SAP, Word and Excel

The salary range for this role is $42,099 to $68,869 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
