She worked her way up from a delivery driver, to lead driver, to operations manager, and now has started her own delivery service provider. Unlike other delivery service providers, she truly understands what it takes to be a delivery driver.We are searching for delivery drivers who are reliable, quick, and ready to work every day. A delivery driver on behalf of Amazon requires attention to safety, ability to hustle, customer devotion and the ability to communicate clearly to your manager, your team and your customers. We promote from within!Compensation starts at $27.25/hour.Benefits include:401(k)Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offPaid trainingReferral programTuition reimbursementShift details:Full Time: 4-5 days a week w/ at least one weekend day, 7 to 10 hour shifts, with overtime after 8 hoursPart-time shifts must be available for at least one weekend day of 7-10 hours with schedules being flexible (we accommodate student schedules)This is a very physically demanding job requiring 150-180 stops per shift, delivering hundreds of packages. It is like working out while on the job.We work as a team to support one another so that all packages are delivered to the customers.Duties and responsibilities include:Show up on time when scheduledSafely operate your delivery vanAbility to operate all van types that we operate (including but not limited to cargo vans, step-vans, electric vehicle, etc. We will provide van and training)Use phone for route information, customer delivery, and scanning packagesNavigate residential and commercial locations using GPSBe able to lift packages up to 50 lbs. up and down stairsAbility to communicate clearly and navigate using technology devices (phones/apps)Ability to manage time to get packages delivered safety, quickly and efficientlyTake responsibility for load in, unloading and delivery to homes and businessesBe a team player who is ready to jump in and help out other drivers when requestedBasic requirements include:Must be at least 21 years oldMust be able to work weekendsValid Driver's License and clean driver historyPass pre-employment drug test and check (THC not tested)All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
