Notary Signing Professional Opportunity

Certified Mobile Notary Service specializes in bringing fast, professional notarial services directly to clients wherever they are. We are expanding in Fairfield, California and need a reliable Notary Signing Professional ready to make an impact.

You will handle in-person and remote signings for borrowers, families, and businesses, building a reputation and a book of business you control.

Responsibilities: Conduct signings at client-chosen locations, walk signers through their documents, and ensure everything is properly dated, signed, and notarized under California law.

Qualifications and Skills: U.S. citizen with valid Notary Public credentials. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear background check. Prior loan signing experience preferred. Willingness to learn, composure under pressure, and excellent communication.

Job Requirements: High-speed Internet connection, dependable computer with camera and microphone, home-office setup, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel as needed.

Payment: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
