Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current California Occupational Therapist License• American Heart Association BLS certification

assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff. Position requires general supervision

Preferred:
• 2+ years of Occupational Therapy experience• 1+ year of rehabilitation experience

This hospital-based position focuses on patient assessment, treatment planning and implementation, patient/family education, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and providing patient-centered care.
