Bilingual Wraparound Programs Supervisor

The Bilingual (Spanish/English) Wraparound Program Supervisor oversees the Expedited Wraparound program and Bilingual Wraparound Team, which includes a team of clinicians, support counselors, and a parent partner. Wraparound staff provide therapeutic services, including counseling, case management, permanency planning, meeting facilitation, and crisis intervention to children ages 6-18 and their families. Wraparound team members are part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and provide services at the program site and in the community, including schools, foster homes, and family homes. The wraparound program aims to provide children and their families with the support and services they need for children to maintain the lowest level of care possible and avoid out of home placements (group homes, juvenile hall, and hospitalization). The Wraparound Program Supervisor has knowledge of the wraparound model and is responsible for coaching and training staff to adhere to these principles.

  • Provide direct supervision (primarily programmatic), support, and training to all wrap staff through individual supervisions, participating in group supervision, and team meetings.
  • Understand the Wraparound model and Family Finding Interventions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with Child Welfare and County Behavioral Health partners.
  • Manage all new referrals in accordance with the program policies and procedures.
  • Remain knowledgeable of all “high risk” clients and ensure appropriate safety planning for all.
  • Review and approve documentation of supervisees ensuring high quality documentation and compliance with Medi-Cal standards.
  • Develop and maintain healthy team climate and culture aligned with Seneca mission and values.
  • Ensure all supervisees are submitting accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in weekly supervision with the Assistant Director, weekly manager’s meetings and additional regional/agency leadership meetings as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the management team to plan ongoing staff trainings, and to interview, hire and retain staff.
  • Provide crisis intervention for clients, using de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts; this may include physical management of clients and implementation of Seneca's Equilibrium Training.


  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities required. 
  • Master’s degree in Social Services/Social Work/Psychology/Counseling, preferred. 
  • BBS registration or licensed, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required. 
  • 3 years of experience in working with system involved children and their families in a variety of mental health settings.
  • Experience providing community-based services preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills as demonstrated by the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other licensing or certification requirements.


  • Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
